Portable Air Cleaning Systems & Air Disinfection
At the core of all WellAir portable devices is a unique air disinfection process called NanoStrike. WellAir offers both air disinfection devices, solely powered by NanoStrike, and FDA-cleared air cleaning systems. These systems combine our powerful NanoStrike technology and medical-grade, triple-stage (Pre-filter, HEPA, and carbon) filtration.
All devices are simple to use, low-maintenance, and can be moved quickly to the point of care. With no harmful byproducts, they can be used 24/7 around the most vulnerable of people.
Defend Series
The FDA has cleared the Defend 1050 and Defend 400 as a 510(k) Class II Medical Devices to filter out and inactivate airborne viruses and bacteria for medical purposes within medium - large rooms and indoor spaces.
The devices use NanoStrikeTM technology combined with a triple-stage Camfil® filter system to provide a combined solution for air disinfection and particle removal.
Protect Series
NanoStrike Technology is combined with a one or two-speed fan in the Protect 200 and Protect 900. Easy to use, flexible in positioning, and quiet in operation, the portable devices provides the safest and most cost-effective airborne pathogen protection in a continuous manner to people in small-to-medium-sized spaces.
The devices are UL 867 and IEC 60601-1, 60601-1-2 certified.
