Kari Dixon

Kari Dixon is the Chief Financial Officer of WellAir. She is responsible for operational and financial strategy, the company's growth initiatives, governance, and risk management.   

Kari has a strong track record of driving results and accelerating growth by leading finance and strategy transformations in public and private companies. She most recently served as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for Dentsply Sirona (NASDAQ: XRAY), the world's largest professional dental products and technologies manufacturer. In that role, Kari was responsible for global FP&A, led critical planning and analysis for the enterprise, strategic business process development, and critical M&A projects such as the acquisition of Byte. She also served as the interim Head of Investor Relations. Before Dentsply Sirona, Kari served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasury for Form Technologies, a leading global component manufacturer operating 28 design and production facilities in 19 countries.  

Kari serves as a board member on the Go Jen Go Foundation, a nonprofit providing critical financial support to vulnerable breast cancer patients. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
